AEC 236 - International Building Codes 3 Credit Hour(s) • 45 Contact Hours (Lecture) Prerequisite: AEC 102 and AEC 121 , or AEC 107 and CAR 104 A study is made of the restrictions, standards, and requirements that in the interest of public safety and welfare have been established by law to govern the construction of buildings and their materials. Specifications are developed to describe building materials to be furnished and how they are to be installed.
