Introduces the NCCER Carpentry level three for the construction trades to include commercial properties of concrete, rigging equipment, rigging practices, trenching and excavating, reinforcing concrete, foundations and slabs-on-grade, vertical formwork, horizontal formwork, handling and placing concrete, and tilt-up wall systems.
