Multimedia Graphic Design | Digital Image Editing Certificate

The Digital Image Editing Certificate provides students with technical skills to utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and digital tools to design, create, and edit digital images. Students are introduced to photography, camera equipment and industry-standard software for image capture, management, and manipulation. There is an emphasis on the creative use of camera controls, exposure, and an overview of digital processing.

Program Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the Digital Image certificate program, students should be able to:

• Create finished digital products for web applications, print media, and digital screen design using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Apply image composition techniques using Adobe Photoshop
• Create a professional portfolio of enhanced digital images
