CWB 1010  Introduction to Web Authoring  3 Credits  
Explores the complete set of web authoring skills using HTML and/or other languages. The course covers links, backgrounds, controlling text and graphic placement, tables, image maps and forms.
CWB 1030  Web Editing Tools: (Editor)  3 Credits  
Teaches the use of tools for Web page design and development. These tools are designed to make the creation of Web pages easy and consistent. With the use of editing tools, students will be able to build Web pages making use of forms, tables, frames, templates, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and layers. The student will also be able to easily publish and manage a Web site once it is created.
CWB 2005  Client-side Scripting: (Software)  3 Credits  
Explores the client-side programming skills necessary to create dynamic web content using a markup embeddable and procedural scripting language executed on the client web browser.
Prerequisite(s): (CWB 1010 with a minimum grade of C or CWB 110 with a minimum grade of C) and (CSC 1019 with a minimum grade of C or CSC 119 with a minimum grade of C)  
CWB 2006  Server-side Scripting: (Software)  3 Credits  
Explores the creation of dynamic web pages and applications using server-side scripting with database interactivity, server-based scripting languages, and database manipulation languages.
Prerequisite(s): (CWB 1010 with a minimum grade of C or CWB 110 with a minimum grade of C) and (CSC 1019 with a minimum grade of C or CSC 119 with a minimum grade of C)  
CWB 2015  Microservices Secure Design  3 Credits  
Explores industry shifts from building monolithic web applications to independently deployed smaller self-contained microservices that communicate with each other. This course also examines the complexities of testing and monitoring distributed application systems from the lens of web application security.
Prerequisite(s): (CWB 2005 with a minimum grade of C or CWB 205 with a minimum grade of C) and (CWB 2006 (may be taken concurrently) with a minimum grade of C or CWB 206 with a minimum grade of C)  
CWB 2016  Web Vulnerability Testing  3 Credits  
Covers the creation and implementation of a comprehensive security plan for continuous integration and deployment testing for web applications and web services throughout the lifecycle of development. ​
Prerequisite(s): (CWB 2005 with a minimum grade of C or CWB 205 with a minimum grade of C) and (CWB 2006 (may be taken concurrently) with a minimum grade of C or CWB 206 with a minimum grade of C)  
CWB 2021  Technology Foundations for E-Commerce  3 Credits  
Provides the student with thorough knowledge of e-commerce architecture, relational database management systems, and HTML and Network fundamentals.
