Added Language to Sign Language Interpreter Program Requirements

Description: Added language to the requirements section: "Students must satisfy all prerequisite requirements for ASL and IPP courses, including ASL Proficiency Screening at 80%, or receiving a grade of "B" or above in both ASL 1121 American Sign Language I and ASL 1122 American Sign Language II, and ENG 1021 English Composition I : GT-CO1. Program requirements (including the Basic ASL Communication Skills Certificate) require demonstrated mastery of program skills. Therefore, students must receive a grade of "B" or better in all ASL and IPP courses and at least a "C" in all other general education coursework."
